Is there a limit of people I can refer?

No, you can refer people without limit, and get unlimited rewards!

Are there any limitations to my getting a month free?

Yes. You need to be a current customer in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) with Wire Stream at both the time of referral and when the referral is ready to post to your account. The referral is not valid if it is received after the prospective customer has placed an order with Wire Stream and is awaiting installation.

The month free only covers 1 month of Internet service. The refferal must pay the install fee when they are set up

Will I be contacted with a status of my free month?

Yes, after the referral is submitted, Wire Stream will respond to you via email letting you know the status of the referral. If you would like to inquire about the status of your free month, you will need to call 1 (909) 915-6710

What referrals are eligible?

Referral credit offer available to current Wire Stream customers. Customer must complete the online referral form in order be eligible for the credit. The Referral must reside in a Wire Stream serviceable residence, not currently subscribe to any Wire Stream services, cannot reside in an active Wire Stream customer’s address, and cannot reside in any address where there is a bulk billing arrangement. Any new customers whom you refer must sign up for Wire Stream service within 30-days of the referral submission. Former customers whose service has been disconnected for less than 90-days, or who have back balances outstanding, will not qualify for the referral credit. Referring or referred customer cannot be a Wire Stream Employee.

How long and by what means will my referral be contacted?

A Wire Stream Sales Representative will contact your referral at the phone number you provide, in a lapse of 24 hours or less

I submitted a referral credit for my friend or family, they signed up for service, but I never got my free month?

You will need to call 1 (909) 915-6710 to verify your eligibility of the credit.
